Dear All Pet Solutions Customers,

Here at All Pet Solutions we too are concerned about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it has had on all of our lives. As an online-only business, we are following Government advice aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus and saving lives. This means that we will continue to serve customers in line with the official guidance that "Online and Pet business is still open and encouraged".

The entire All Pet Solutions team is doing everything they can, day and night, to ensure that you continue to get the high quality service you're used to, even in the current exceptional situation.

Still Shipping

Our online store is open for business and we are working closely with our couriers to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and reach you as soon as possible. We are experiencing very high order volumes, so the delivery of your order may be slighty delayed. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery depending on the service choosen at checkout. Thank you for the patience and understanding.

This is due to the impact by the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place to protect our warehouse staff and the exceptional levels of customer demand we are experiencing. 

In times of isolation, there are no more trusted friends than our pets. For many, this loyal companionship will become all the more important. We'll make sure that your furry friend is well supported.

In light of the current situation and in addition to the well-being of our customers and their pets, the health of our employees is also a top priority.

All phone lines and live chat are now closed until further notice as our customer service team is working remotely to answer your emails. 

We have taken extensive protective measures in our warehouses to help slow down the spread of the Coronavirus, while making sure your pets have everything they need.
