About the AllPondSolutions 300w Aquarium Fish Tank Heater
Heating a large aquarium is as much about even distribution as raw wattage - a powerful element in the wrong design simply creates a hot spot. The AllPondSolutions AH-300 uses a chrome nickel helical heating coil designed for maximum life and even heating, spreading the output along the length of the unit instead of concentrating it.
It is completely submersible and compatible with both fresh and saltwater. The glass is 2 mm thick, double insulated and shock-resistant, a heating light indicator shows when the element is drawing power, and an easy access temperature control dial covers 16-32 degrees.
